Refund Policy.

We strive to ensure that every ninethirtytwo print order is delivered in perfect condition. We're certain you'll be delighted with the service you receive and the quality of any printed goods you order. On the rare occasion that we fall short of our usual excellent standards, we will swiftly assist to resolve issues.

If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please sign 'damaged' when the courier requests a signature. Please report to us at your earliest opportunity the damaged goods by emailing hello@ninethirtytwo.com and we will seek to resolve the issue immediately.

For personalised or customised products, as your order is fulfilled to your specification, we cannot offer a refund unless the order arrives faulty or damaged. For non-personalised products, which feature no branding or personalisation, your order is subject to standard distance selling regulations, under which a refund may be offered.
